Ingredients
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp minced anchovies or anchovy paste
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup shredded Parmesan
Pinch of kosher salt
Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
In a bowl whisk together the garlic, anchovy, lemon juice, Dijon, and Worcestershire. Add the
mayonnaise, parmesan, and salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
