Ingredients:
30 lbs. pork tenderloins or boneless skinless chicken thighs
6 cups soy sauce
4 cups honey
4 cups ketchup
4 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups hoisin sauce
1 1/2 cups red food coloring
1/4 cup Chinese five spice
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients.
Marinate overnight.
Cook over direct heat on bbq grill or roast at high temp., 450 degrees.
Serve with rice, in chow mein or fried rice.
