This recipe makes enough for a sheet cake that serves 60 people.
Ingredients:
2 cups unsalted butter
5 cups powdered sugar
2/3 cups cocoa powder
1/2 cup whole milk or so
Instructions:
Sift together the powdered sugar and cocoa powder
Using a whisk cream the butter
Add the dry ingredients and beat until smooth
While whisking, add milk slowly until getting desired consistency
