This is a scrumptious Asian dish! Perfect as a main entree or a topping!
Prep Time 15 min, Cook Time 30 min, Serves 12
Ingredients:
1 Lbs. Ground Pork
1/3 Lbs. Ground Shrimp (Raw)
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoons Ground Ginger
1 tablespoon Chopped Garlic
1 tablespoon Chopped Cilantro
¼ Cup Panko
2 Egg Whites
2 Cups Rice Soaked Overnight and Rinsed
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients (except the rice) in a bowl. When well blended roll into ½ ounce balls. When all meat is rolled proceed to roll them in the soaked rice till well coated.
