Ingredients:
1 lb. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup. oil
Salt to taste
Preparation
Mix flour with baking powder, warm water, oil and salt.
Roll out the tortillas until flat. Grill on a hot flat-top, or in a hot skillet.
Once browned on one side, they will puff up, and can be cut open and stuffed. Stuff with preferred filling, and grill on the other side.
Spicy Pork Stuffing:
5 lbs. pork
½ tsp. dried oregano
½ tsp. cumin
2 cloves of garlic
1 chili pod (that has been soaked in hot water and softened) Blend the chili with some of the soaking water.
