Ingredients
2 b kale wash and remove stem
1 c diced celery
1/2 c mint leaves
2 c diced mango
1/2 gal. Fresh orange juice
1 c honey ( more if you want sweeter)
1 c lime juice
1/2 gal water
Directions:
Using blender set to purée. Chill before serving
Yields 2 gal.
Note: You can add or subtract any ingredients you like, for example, more water will give it a juicier rather then smoothie like texture.
For healthier vision, omit orange juice and honey.
