Serves 6
Ingredients:
2/3 C Chocolate Chips
4 T butter
4 eggs
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
3 T flour
2 T cocoa powder
Preparation:
Melt chocolate and butter over warm water bath (bain marie or double boiler)
Whisk eggs and sugar
Fold in flour and cocoa to eggs/sugar
Add this to chocolate//butter mix
Grease (butter) and cocoa dust 6 ramekins and pour in mixture
Chill for 1-2 hours before baking
Turn on oven to 400 degrees
Bake on cookie sheet 12-14 minutes
Unmold while warm and with ice cream
