Makes 60 large cookies
Ingredients:
3 cups unsalted butter softened
3 cups crunchy peanut butter
3 cups packed brown sugar
3 cups white sugar
6 eggs
7 1/2 cups flour
1 Tbls baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350
Sift together dry ingredients
Cream together butter, peanut butter, and sugars until smooth
Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth
Add dry ingredients and mix well
Drop large balls of dough onto greased sheet trays and flatten with a fork
Bake at 350 for 10-12 mins
Let cool and serve
