Ingredients:
1 pound Ground Chicken Breast
2 link Sweet Chinese Sausage ground
1 tablespoon Ground Ginger
1 tablespoon Chopped Garlic
1 tablespoon Chopped Basil
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
½ teaspoon Ground Cardamom
½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
½ teaspoon Salt and White Pepper
¼ cup Panko
1 Egg White
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. When well blended roll out into ½ ounce balls.
They can be cooked by steaming, roasting on skewers on a grill or baking in the oven at 350 for 20 min.
