Serves 60, Prep Time 15 mins, Total time 15 mins
Ingredients
2 bunches green onions, chopped
5 red bell peppers, seeded and chopped
3 lb. frozen peas
4 cup mayonnaise
2 bunches tarragon, chopped
3 lb. pasta, cooked al dente
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
