This vegetarian meatball dish will please carnivores and herbivores alike!
Ingredients:
16 ounces of extra firm Tofu squeezed and processed
½ cup Brown Rice Processed
¼ cup Chopped Nuts
½ cup Chopped Basil
1 tablespoon Corn Starch
1 teaspoon Tamari
1 teaspoon Mirin
1 tablespoon Ground Ginger
1 tablespoon Chopped Green Onion
1 teaspoon White Pepper
1 tablespoon Cilantro Stem
1 Egg White
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl till well blended and forms a sticky firm ball. Add more cornstarch if it is to loose or more egg white if it won’t form a ball. Roll into ½ ounce balls then roll into raw sesame seeds.
Fry in oil at 350 for 8 to 12 min.
